Our Analytical Service provides a reliable and cost-effective source for outsourcing PhysChem measurements. The service is available all year round to any clients, worldwide. Our services are aimed at three broad stages of the drug discovery and development process:

By outsourcing measurements directly to Sirius Analytical, you can be confident that the very latest techniques will be applied to your compounds, and that the analysts running the experiments will have the experience and knowledge to answer any questions about the analysis methods.

All work is carried out under strictly controlled conditions, and comprehensive analysis reports are provided . All calibrations and reagent standardisations are recorded. Assay results are quoted with reference to all relevant calibrations, standardisations, instrument identification and operator identification. All relevant documentation is available for audit.

To use the Analytical Service, select from the relevant area on the left, complete the relevant sample registration form for your required assays and send it to us with your samples. If required, please send your Confidentiality Agreement in advance for signature and filing.

Where applicable, our standard assay conditions are:

For the screening services, samples should be 10mM DMSO solutions.

Alternate conditions are supported; however a surcharge may be made to cover the additional work required.
