LogD screening
LogD (at pH7.4) determined using ProfilerLDA. Isocratic liquid-liquid chromatography, samples partitioning into octanol. Sample must contain a UV-active chromophore. LogD range 0 to 5. Samples measured at pH 7.4. Measures ionisable and non-ionisable compounds.
