Gold Standard LogP measurement
pH-metric method to determine logP using GLpKa. Sample must contain at least one pKa. Octan-1-ol used as standard partition solvent, surcharge for alternate solvents. Samples measured in up to three different ratios of octanol to water, to assess both neutral and ion-pair partitioning. LogP values between 1 and 5 reported as standard, surcharge for logP values outside this range. Extrapolated logD vs. pH profile also provided.
