Accurate pKa, logP/D and solubility measurement
The SiriusT3 is a complete and fully automated system for accurate measurement of ionization, lipophilicity and solubility by pH-metric and UV methods using sub-mg quantities of material.
High throughput pKa measurement
SiriusT3 can be used to measure pKas in high throughput mode, requiring just a single 3µl aliquot of 10mM DMSO stock and approximately 4 minutes per measurement to give a full 40 point titration curve with in-situ UV spectroscopic measurement (220 to 700nm each point).
Detailed solubility and supersaturation measurement
SiriusT3 features our unique CheqSol technology as standard, enabling real-time dynamic measurement of both kinetic and thermodynamic solubility and also investigation of supersaturation, precipitation rates and polymorphism.
Dissolution measurement with pH control
Use our GI Dissolution assay for investigation of Dissolution profiles at physiologically relevant pH conditions and in the presence of buffers, excipients and simulated intestinal fluids (FaSSIF/FeSSIF) using just a few milligrams of drug.
Surface Tension, CMC and Phospholipidosis Measurement
Use the Kibron Delta-8 Instrument for high throughput, precise measurement of surface tension, critical micelle concentration, and phospholipidosis risk prediction.
