Accurate pKa and logP measurement

Basic installation

Use GLpKa or PCA200 for accurate pKa and logP measurement by pH-metric methods. Systems are supplied with RefinementPro2 software configured for standard refinement, pH-metric pKa, pH-metric logP and Cosolvent. See our Science pages for more information about pH-metric assays.

A popular configuration

Add D-PAS hardware to GLpKa or PCA200 for accurate pKa measurement by the pH-UV technique, as well as for pH-metric pKa and logP. Systems are supplied with RefinementPro2 software configured for UV pKa, as well as for standard refinement, pH-metric pKa, pH-metric logP and Cosolvent. See our Science pages for more information about pH-UV assays.

Our most powerful system for pKa and logP

Use Fast D-PAS software with GLpKa plus D-PAS for accurate pKa measurement by the pH-UV technique, as well as for pH-metric pKa and logP. Instruments are supplied with RefinementPro2 software configured for Fast D-PAS pKa, as well as for standard refinement, UV pKa, pH-metric pKa, pH-metric logP and Cosolvent. Add CheqSol for solubility measurement and you have the most powerful system available today for pKa, logP and solubility measurement. See our Science pages for more information about optimal pKa measurement.

High throughput pKa measurement

Use Fast D-PAS software together with GLpKa plus D-PAS to measure a tray of 50 samples in four hours (using aqueous method – some cosolvent methods take longer). Instruments are supplied with RefinementPro2 software configured for Fast D-PAS pKa, as well as for standard refinement, UV pKa, pH-metric pKa, pH-metric logP and Cosolvent.

Use ProfilerSGA for pKa measurement of samples in 10mM solution in 96-well plates. 8 hours per 96 wells, maximum capacity four plates.

Accurate solubility measurement

Basic installation

Add Solubility to PCA200 for accurate solubility measurement of ionizable compounds by Sirius pH-metric methods with visual precipitation detection. Systems are supplied with modified hardware plus RefinementPro2 software configured for standard refinement, pH-metric pKa, Cosolvent and CheqSol.

Our most powerful system for solubility

Add Solubility to GLpKa plus D-PAS for accurate solubility measurement of ionizable compounds by Sirius pH-UV methods with automated precipitation detection. This system is also good for pH-metric pKa and logP and pH-UV pKa. Systems are supplied with modified hardware plus RefinementPro2 software configured for UV pKa, as well as for standard refinement, pH-metric pKa, pH-metric logP, Cosolvent and CheqSol.See our Science pages for more information about pH-metric solubility measurement.
