Assay Expert combines the predictive power of ACD/Labs with the automation and experimental precision of the SiriusT3 instrument.

 

  • Assay Expert dramatically decreases the time and resource required to design and optimize a successful experiment, and in turn reduces the failure rate and operator time required to troubleshoot experiments both pre - and post - analysis.
     
  • Assay Expert automatically determines and applies the optimum pH-range, titration direction, cosolvent and partition solvent volumes required to deliver a successful experiment.
     
  • Simply process a structure in Assay Expert and the software will automatically propose an optimised assay based around the predicted pKa, logP and solubility values.
     
  • Assay Expert allows inspection of the ionizable groups in a molecule and includes colour coding for acid/base behaviour. Combined with the detailed SiriusT3 experimental output this provides a complete picture of ionization, lipophilicity, solubility and dissolution behaviour.
